Vacuum collecting units

 | Ejector Vacuum collecting units DN 80 and DN 100
In the ejector vacuum collecting units (DN 80 and DN 100) aeration effect of sewage means that there is no need for additional aeration of vacuum collecting units. This means that there are not any hazardous H2S gases and/or odors from aerobic waste water process.
The ejector vacuum collecting units are made with proven, robust technology. They are equipped with established centrifugal pumps. Evac ejector vacuum collecting units have the best type of vacuum creation method in marine applications.
Ejector vacuum collecting units have flexible design with large number of different variations and vacuum tank alternatives. They can be directly mounted in a sewage treatment plant for ship’s holding tank. Vacuum collecting units are simple and reliable. They have fewer moving parts than other solutions.
Ejector vacuum collecting units need extremely low maintenance. There is full bore access to collecting units, and no mess or trouble with macerating devices due to foreign objects. Ejector vacuum collecting units are also available as Easyfit designs. |

 | Vacuum tank units
New vacuum tank unit heavy duty series are vacuum tank solutions for passenger and military vessels, in which traditional method is enhanced by new pump technology.
Energy consumption of the vacuum tank units is more than 50% lower than that of competing technology. Waste water is not in connection with vacuum generation device.
Extra vacuum reservoir and powerful pumps make complex new piping designs possible on large vessels even with only one vacuum generation unit.
In vacuum tank units separate discharge pumps feed waste water mixing tanks in batches in combination with advanced treatment solutions. Tank units have low maintenance.
Fewest pumps in a large collecting system means less electric drives and failures. Pump capacities are upgradable with a selection of different makes. |

 | On-line units
On-line units are designed for vessels in which the waste water collecting tank is combined directly with a vacuum source.
In on-line units there are full bore opening pumps without problematic advance maceration of sewage and no need for priming/sealing liquid. Long discharge line from vacuum source to collecting tank does not affect vacuum generation capacity.
On-line units are equipped with dry-running sensor and low revolution pumps. Same pumps can be used for vacuum generation and discharge. On-line units can also be used as a waste water pumping station. |
